Toby's ideal home
Toby can live with high school aged children but needs to be the only pet as he is so boisterous. He isn't fully house trained and will need someone at home with him most of the day. Toby has hip dysplasia.

We defy anyone not to be absolutely charmed by this big boy! Toby is so silly and affectionate and is guaranteed to brighten any day. He's a nosy lad who likes to know everything that's going on, and he wants to say hello to everything on two or four legs. Although he loves the company of other dogs, Toby is very OTT and boisterous, and that coupled with his sore hips might make for trouble. He's better suited to having some pals outside the home for supervised play, but being able to rest at inside when necessary. At just ten months old, Toby hasn't had a lot of training or stimulation, and came to us with a tail chasing habit, which could be related to his hips. He's on anti inflammatory medication now which will hopefully reduce the behaviour, but it should never be encouraged at home. He loves to play with toys so this would be a great way to distract him if he's bored.
