Luna's ideal home

Luna is looking for a home with loving and active adopters who can take her on sniffy adventures, who will take the time to help her settle in and give her all the love and attention she deserves. She is a friendly bean who can live with children aged 8 years and over who are confident with larger dogs, who can play with her nicely and will give her space to rest when needed. Luna could live with an established dog who will happily co-exist with her and engage in occasional play, this will be pending successful meetings at the centre, living with another dog is not a necessity, she would love to have polite and friendly walking buddies, she cannot live with cats or other small furries. Luna has some training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “down”, she is eager to engage if a tasty treat is on offer. She may need a refresher on her housetraining in her new home so a private or communal, secure garden is needed. Luna can settle nicely in the home, so could be left for up to 2-4 hours, this would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle into her new home. Luna will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.

Lovely Luna is a 3 year old Bulldog cross with a heart of gold! She loves to play, she likes to chase and carries toys round with her in her mouth, but absolutely loves a game of tuggy with her raggy toy. Fusses are her favourite, she will happily be touched all over, but loves a back and belly scratch. She is a foodie girl, and will take any treat gently from the hand, she is cheeky and will give you her paw to let you know she needs a treat. This absolute dreamboat is looking for her new home.
