About This Dog

Skye's ideal home

Skye is an adorable 2 year old Olde English Bulldog. She could join a home with children of Primary School Age and older and has the potential to live with another dog pending successful meets at the centre. We have no history of her around cats but have not seen a prey drive from her so she has the potential to live with a dog savvy cat if introductions are carefully managed in the home. Once settled, Skye could be built up to being left for short periods of time. A garden is not necessary but Skye would like access to a safe outside space for toileting and play.

Could you be Skye's perfect match?

Skye is a lovely girl who has made friends with all the staff and volunteers at the centre. She walks nicely on lead and knows "sit" and "lie down". Though previously housetrained, as with all dogs who spend time in kennels, she may need a refresher once in the home. Skye travels well in the car. Skye has the potential to chase cars and so should be kept under control when around vehicles to keep her safe. Have you got space in your heart and on your sofa for this delightful girl?
