About This Dog for Adoption
Watson's ideal home
Super funny lad Watson is a 5 year old bulldog who pulls the cutest faces. He loves to play and bound around, he especially likes teddies to chase, but does have a tendency to de-fluff them once he has caught them. He likes a gentle fuss, he can be a little head shy but adores a good back and bum scratch, and will back himself into your hand for more. He likes to be your shadow, following you around and getting in your business to have a nosey at what you are up to. This top lad is ready to find his new home.
Could you be Watson's perfect match?
Watson is looking for a home with loving and active adopters who can take him on sniffy adventures and give him all of the love and care he deserves, adopters with knowledge of his breed is preferred. He is a friendly bean who can live with secondary school children who are confident with a clumsy and playful dog, who can play with him nicely and will give him space to rest when he needs. Watson would like to be the only pet in the home so he can have all of the attention to himself, he would be happy with fun and playful walking buddies. He has some training under his belt, he knows his name and does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “down”, he is a super smart boy and is happy to engage in training in short, sweet sessions with the help of a tasty treat. He would like a home with a private, secure garden for him to potter about and explore in, although this is not a necessity. Watson can settle nicely in the home so could be left for up to 4 hours. Any leaving time would need to be built up slowly once he has had time to settle in. Watson will need to meet his adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
