Rosie's ideal home
Rosie can live with children of high school age but she'll need to be the only pet at home. She's house trained and can be left by herself for about four hours. Rosie can have adverse reactions to a lot of commercial dog foods and needs to be fed on raw or something like Nature Diet.

Gorgeous golden oldie Rosie loves company and and comfy beds. She's 9 years old and still enjoys going for a leisurely plod a few times a day and if the sun is out she likes to bask on the garden furniture! When she's out for a stroll, Rosie really enjoys having people say hello to her and she laps up the attention she gets. Due to her age and breed, we don't go far with her but she likes to make the most of things with a good mooch about. She's needed some medicated baths and ear drops since she's been with us and has tolerated everything wonderfully. When Rosie meets other dogs she is friendly but if they're a little invasive she will have a growl at them. Even with a smaller dog she turned her face away rather than interact, so she's more suited to being the only dog at home. It would be nice for Rosie to have some calm friends to walk with that she knows won't bother her, and this should help her confidence around other dogs. Rosie doesn't like things being taken from her so can't live with younger children.
