About This Dog for Adoption

Ronnie's ideal home

Meet our handsome boy Ronnie! At just two years old, he’s still very much a youngster with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Although Ronnie may seem confident at first, he’s actually a sensitive soul who forms strong bonds with his favourite people. Once you’re in his inner circle, he’ll greet you with endless tail wags and pure excitement!

Ronnie has come to us from a home where he was mostly housetrained, but he’s not a big fan of being left on his own. Because of this, he’s looking for patient adopters who can help him gradually build up his confidence when spending time alone and teach him how to relax at home. Our team will be here to guide you through the settling in process.

One thing Ronnie absolutely loves is his toys! Playtime is the key to his heart whether it’s a game of football or tossing around a soft toy, that’s Ronnie’s idea of a paw-fect date.

For now, Ronnie would like to be the only pet in his new home as we continue to learn more about how he socialises with other dogs. He’d also love a garden of his own where he can zoom around, play, and bask in the sunshine.

Due to his sensitive nature, Ronnie would be best suited to a home with older teenagers who can understand when he needs a bit of quiet time to unwind.

Could you be Ronnie's perfect match?

Ronnie is an amazing boy, with so much love to give his forever family. He's an active lad, who enjoys getting out for his walkies, sniffing and exploring as he goes! He is a big lad, so can be strong on the lead at time but he's responding well to positive, reward based training.
